I took a contract out with Vodacom Game Colonnade on 01 December 2013. I started using the new contract the 01 January 2014 and to my surprise the sim card wasn't working. I phoned Vodacom customer care and they told me that the sim card doesn't exist on their system. Vodacom send me back to Game and Game did a sim swop. I never used the phone and I received a bill of R1080.00 for going onto the internet. Nobody can help me to resolve this issue. Please help resolve this issue because I laid a complain on the 06 January 2014 and still haven't receive any feedback from Vodacom.
