NOBODY answers in the cancellation department

My contract ends on the 1st of December. I want to cancel my contract to ensure that it does not roll over on a month to month basis without my permission. I have contacted the call centre. Apparently, only the cancellations department can process cancellations, not anyone else in the call centre. Maybe there is only one person in the cancellation department? There are also no supervisors available.

I have now been on hold for well over 20 minutes. I was also unable to get through yesterday. I have emailed the company, and also emailed their CEO with a complaint.

I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me TODAY, to cancel this contract. It is completely unethical and unacceptable behaviour to not process cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
