I am currently on a top up contract with Virgin Mobile, so basically they load my phone with R 1250.00 every month and at the end of the month I get debit for what airtime I used in that month.
In Feb this year I unfortunately missed my payment because of financial issues they cut my line so that I was not able to use my phone.
In March I was debit for the outstanding amount that I was owing for Feb.
I have not been able to use my phone since.
This month I got debit for the amount of R 322.00 this was correct as it was my bill payable for last month.
After calling the call centre about 20 times since last week I get put on hold from about 10 to 20 minutes at a time along with being cut off nobody gets back to me after numerous promises that they will get back to me... I am still waiting!!!
The story is that yes I am back up to date and yesterday they put me through to the tech department so that they can reconnect my line only to find out that apparently I still owe money!!! My bill does not reflect this as the last amount debit was R 322.00 .
I spoke to a supervisor yesterday and he told me he will phone me in 10 minutes... Im still waiting.
cancel my contract!!!
