2 years later still have not resolved issues

I wrote a complaint about Virgin mobile in 2011, the issue which has still not been resolved has just got bigger.
I won't repeat the issue of 2 years ago I will just add to it. I had a 2 year contract which I cancelled with them when the 2years were up on the date that I was told to. Virgin still had not credited my account for the sim card issues I had, which was the original complaint. After 2 weeks in 2011 without a sim I had to drive from George to Cape Town just to buy one there at R50. They then billed me past my contract date so I reversed the debit order for R149. Now 2 years later I found out I have been given a bad credit report by them through trans union. I only found out since i had a cell contract turned down because of this. This has also cost me higher insurance on my car. The last time I spoke to someone from Virgin they assured me everything will be sorted out, I even spoke to one of their lawyers. All this nonsense for R149 it would have just cost a phone call and someone on the line that new what they were doing! So tired of bad service like this.
