Issue relating to my Blackberry 9790

I upgraded my contract 06-08-2014 and by the end of August i started to have issues with my Blackberry 9790 - No Network Coverage - Battery Life. I then went into the Branch where i did my upgrade - MTN Contantia Kloof and the consultant that i had spoken to advised me that i had to go to Clearwater as they could not help me. Since the end of August I have been pushed from pillar to post between the 2 branches at Clearwater Mall and eventually they told me that they also could not assist me as i had to go back to the Branch where i did the upgrade initially. We are now at the 13 December 2013 and still no assitance what so ever - this is when i went back to the MTN Constantia - I demanded to speak to the manager Jayson Koopman and then they immediately booked in my phone for a warranty assessment. Almost a month later 09-01 2014 i received feedback that my warranty has been approved and that i should come into the branch and choose another handset as the 9790 was EOL. I went in to chose another handset however Jayson did not want to approve this saying that they will order me a 9790 - Since end of August 2013 till January 2014 i am sitting without a phone - Can someone please HELP!
