This is the 2nd e-mail I am sending you in connection with the problems I have with this phone on a contract that is 5 months old. If I have no feedback by close of business today I am reporting this matter to Hello Peter.

Your Customer Complaint form does not work properly... I have a problem with the handset and service I receive from MTN.

The above mentioned number was due for an upgrade on the 1st of May 2013 which we did at MTN Vaal Mall after standing in the que for more than a hour. The sales person promised us that the Blackberry 9790 Bold is a very good choice and that all the issues with the previous series of Blackberry's was now resolved.

About three months ago the scroller button started to hook, the sim-card is rejected a few times daily and or is showing SOS or searching the network. The handset was taken in for repairs and after weeks without a phone because you do not give out phones to borrow like your competitors the handset was replaced with the same one as it is still under guarantee.

Guess what three months later the same problem with this Blackberry is happening again. I am paying almost R500.00 for a phone that just gives me problems and have to wait!
