Disgusting Attitude

Again, bad service with autopage. called in to sort out my account and the credit woman said she cant help me. passed me on to someone else.by this point I was annoyed and spoke to someone else. she starts shouting at me telling me she will tell me what is going on my account and I said to her she must listen to me because I know what is going on with my account. i told her i don't like her attitude and she said well then i can hang up and call again and speak to someone else. DISGUSTING!!! I am a client and I should not need to deal with these types of people in a CUSTOMER call centre service.

i called back and spoke to a gentlemen who did actually help me, and then he put me through to another gentlemen in customer service who was more than willing to assist. Altech needs to have a chat with their female staff and sort out their attitudes. I do not need this when I am not the one in the wrong!!
