Bad Attitude of call centre

Hi All i am one of Home choice's customer and i have been with them for maybe 7 years, but the way they have bad service now it is shocking. I placed an order for a pie maker on account and the other one cash got the one on account and the one i paid for i didnt receive. payment was done on the 18/09/2013 but no pie maker. when i call them (call centre) the only thing i get is attitude from the person that should be helping me. she shouts at me doesnt want to listen to me at all. this was last week and i called them two times but still the service was shocking. tell me that they did an error took the money for the pie maker and transfered it to the existing account with out telling me, but i get an sms saying they have received payment for the order i have made, but later i then start getting sms saying (unfortunately we did not get your R162 payment. we have granted you a 7 day extension) and note i got two of these sms. now they all giving me attitude but i am the customer and they dont even mention that the pie maker is out of stock now its as if i knew and they are shouting at me. when i say please can i have the money back its like i am asking for thier money. DISGUSTING MANNE
