Money was taken from my assistant's account. She went to the bank to withdraw some money and discovered R3000 was taken the previous day. she spoke to a woman named Voudia Farmer at the branch and the employee had such a bad attitude it was disgusting. I asked to speak to this woman when my assistant called me telling me of the missing money. I heard Voudia say to her that she doesn't want to speak to me as she has nothing to say. I asked again to speak to her and she came onto the line with such an attitude, as if I owed her money. she said that she explained what must be done. Well with an attitude like that I will be telling this story to everyone I know and encouraging them to leave that bank. Please send your staff on skills courses. At a time like his the client is traumatised enough and having to deal with staff who thinks they are doing you a favour makes it even more unbearable. Voudia, what if this was your money that disappeared? How would you want to be treated? Would you want to be treated as if you your own money or do you think empathy comes into play here? Please treat your clients with respect and care even if they are black. Something needs to be done here!!
