I have been going through the same problems with Altech autopage since i started with this contract last year, every month i have to call to fix the accounts, my mobiles suspended, on the 27th may 2013 i have paid an amount of R820 as i was advised to pay such an amount according to the invoice, this amount was supposed to be allocated to the 3mobile numbers i have with them, just to find out that was not done and they even confirmed that was done and i even received an email from them. the Month of 25th June 2013 3debity orders of r872, R325, R328 was debited from my account. today i called again to find out why is my mobile still suspended after i have paid the amount and i spoke to a very rude woman called Lata who has no customer experience at all, she refused to give me any information about my account and said that she would not comment she will rather as for the recon accont, so i asked how would i understand the reconns if you are not explaining anything to me at all, she just shut me down and conceentrated on her computer till i hung up.i am so tired of this Altech autopage is better they come fetch their mobile or let us sort this matter out in court if possible.i am so enough
