In June 2013 I recieved a call from one your sales agents who offered me a contract and I wad interested in the contract.
His name is Nkosinathi if i still remember correctly, he told explained to me how the package works and how much I would pay per month and I was really satisfied with hs explaining and told him to process the application.
These are the that made me decide not to take the phone anymore:
I aksed what the coulour of the phone is and he said he was not sure but I could always go to a nearest Nashua store and change it to the colour I want.
And then after that he said I must go to a Nashua mobile store to pay the connection fee, which I did but only to be told by a consultant who assisted me at the Nashua store at Eastrand mall that they do not accept any connection fee payments because the money gets debited from my bank.
Now I am writing to you because you people keep sending me statements and a debit order went off which I reversed because I have no contract with you people and I was sent a cancellation form and signed it and sent it back to you.
