Continuous incompetent Customer Service

On the 25th October, I captured a complaint against MTN Direct. To date this has not been sorted out. It is easy to sell customers contracts however delivering exceptional service is clearly too much to ask for from MTN Direct. Its been over 2 years and MTN direct cannot action a simple instruction, this contract was supposed to in May this year, its is now October. Are MTN Direct staff are too ignorant to perform their jobs. The contract was supposed to end and now i am being debited for a cellphone that is already paid for. END THIS CONTRACT, I DO NOT WANT TO SEE DEBITS GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT THAT SHOULDNT.A CREDIT NOTE WAS PASSED ON HOWEVER I WAS NEVER REFUNDED.RECTIFY THIS OR SHOULD I TAKE THIS UP LEGALLY. I NEVER CAME ACROSS SUCH A LARGE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BAD CUSTOMER DELIVERY CLEARLY THEY DONT NEED THE BUSINESS!!! THIS IS NOT SORTED AND I WAS NOT CONTACTED FOR RESOLUTION.
