I have had a contract with CelC 2years have expired in July month already and was told that after 2years the contract will be going on a month to month basis, in June already I went to cancel my contract because I did not want my contract on a month to month basis I wanted the number to be cancelled and the contract to be cancelled...

Every month from July until this very day Cellc is deducting money from my account..
I have been to the CellC branch on five different occasions and emailed them my bank statements and I was told I would be refunded but until today they are deduction premiums.
on the second occasion when I went to quarry the matter the manger told me "Her staff member did not do his job properly and he have resigned already"

my advice to everybody rather deal with Vodacom or MTn do not compromise for R20 or R30 cheaper because CellC service in the long run will cost you more phone call bills and petrol.
