Cellc robbed me of my data

I have purchased a data package for 12 months for 2GB a month on the 19/10/2012, I was told that I will get my data every month on the 19th which is 30days
I did get my data on the 19th until June the 18th, ...I use to keep about 500mb left to download stuff before I get the new data, but cellc started to change the date with out telling me
Then from 18th June - 17th July 16 th Aug and 15 Sep I started to lose all my balance data that I saved, I am aware that there is no carry over.
On querying why this was happening, blanch explained that cellc counts 30 day from date of new data. My question here is if you calculate from 19 nov 2012 it does not all fall on the 19th, but I got my data on that dated, that I paid for it.
I was claiming 2GB back from cellc, but Blanch said that on her investigation I did not qualify for 2GB credit, because I only had 800 mb in total, which I disagree with her, she offered to give e 1Gb which I refuse to except, I want back what I had paid... I am currently trying to get hold of icasa to log my complain
