I would like to bring to your attention that I am very upset and dissatisfied with cellc.
The first problem I had with them was that they debited my account with more money than I have signed for. In July 2012 I had an upgrade and cancelled the insurance as they could not help me with with my previous phone that went missing. I later found out that I was still being charged for insurance that I did not ask for. When I phoned cellc all I got was an apology and an apparent change was done on the system from their side. Then cellc started debiting my account on whichever date they felt they should and I raised this with them, the consultant had the nerve to tell me that the only time this would be a considered a problem on their side is if cellc was debiting my account before my pay date. She then continued to say that if cellc decides to debit my account any date after my pay date their should be money in my account.
So this is what I think about that comment. Cellc does not have the right to tell me what should and should not be happening in my account, as it is exactly that MY ACCOUNT! Ok, so they debited the account on the 21st of September and didn't find money the
