Cell C
Cell C don't reply on queries

I have just finished my conversation with Tabelo at Cell C head office and I am so mad. I went from a 100 straight to 200 straight package.
Not once was I told that I will loose my free data by doing so as per Tabelo. Strangely they gave me my agreed MB for October and they still owe me for September.
I have left messages that I was told Charlotte Ndlela will contact me back I am still waiting.
If you phone and request a reply you go in again for 48 hours to get a respond.
I have told them over and over to listen to the phone calls as they are recorded still no reply

How long will this take to get sorted.
