I work for a company that is in the security industry doing gate motors, intercoms, alarms, electric fences and all complex security.last year I decided after contacting vodacom to rather register all our complex intercoms on the vodacom website as to minimize the petrol and time to travel to over 40 complexes every month to check airtime as all the complexes use vodacom and are on prepaid due to .i
I now find out that vodacom has changed the website and my registration which took me 2 full weekends and lots off frustration from my wife is no longer available and I have to redo all off it again.
This is not acceptable as I was never informed off changes and am very upset.
The registration was not easy and took a lot of time now the call centre just say sorry and I must do it all over again.
