I have been having problem with cellc for the past four years, if its not an over deduction, its an incorrect upgrade, or incorrect upload of the data bundles
This year I was due for an upgrade instead of upgrading me, they gave me a new contract which means I had to pay for three contracts with them. I refused and recalled the amount of the new contract. I called them to make an arrangement of paying for the two months, and they cancelled my contract and handed me over. This is not the first time cellc has given me bad service and at the end of the day they don't keep to their end of the contract, now they expect me to pay for the contract that I did not use. I approached them to re-instate the contract and they refuse saying I must pay 4000 over a period of three months as the number has been taken off the system. I am the one who keeps call them all the time, their call centre is incompetent, you are sent from pillar to post with everyone saying different things for the same problem.
Even the legal depart ment is not helpful, they called me once and I was driving and I asked them to call me back after 30min and they blame me for not calling them back.
