Very bad service

I want to complain about MTN service and in particular data services, I have a MTN data share link modem number 0732509696 that does not even allow me to use the data on it it just does not work, what am I paying for. Then on my smart phone 0834613527 I have loaded 1 gig of data that I am also not able to connect my devices to and use again what am I paying for MTN is ripping me off. so at the end of the month I will lose data that I was not able to use anyway Great wAy of mtn to make money.
Then the call center number disconnect half way through
So one is unable to report this problem.
This really and I will not encourage anyone to use MTN data services.in fact I am thinking of changing.
