Waiting for an Electricity token

Bought my Unipin voucher at the department store in morningside durban. Followed the instructions and I have been waiting since yesterday around 14h00.

I have food in my refrigerator that will eventually go bad. The worse part of it is that I call the eskom number and no one seems to know who do I contact
On the cashier slip there is no emergency number. Just a email address that no one is responding to.

I am uttely annoyed and disappointed by this.
