Not providing data that I paid for!

In August 2012 I paid R1299 for a 2gb 12 month smart data voucher (invoice 3657993IN0019370)

At the end of March I ran over my 2gb data (or that's what I assumed) and loaded another R100 data. At the end of April, the same thing happened and I loaded another R50. Tonight I ran out of data again. I phoned the call center (ref 13050476969) and the agent confirmed that the 2 gb was not loaded, but that he did not have the authority to load it. I explained to him that not providing the data I paid for constitutes and that I need it sorted ASAP to be able to do critical work over the weekend. His response: someone will phone me maybe Monday or Tuesday. That is absurd. Not only is it bad service, but if you find out that someone in your company is from your clients, you need to deal with it immediately!

I need someone with actual authority to contact me immediately to give me the data I paid for and refund me for the additional data I had to purchase in the meantime.
