PAYING FOR DATA FOR 3 MONTHS WITH NO CONNECTION

I have had a MTN data contract with Autopage and was taken in Benmore Gardens since March. This does not work at my home where my MTN signal is good on my other devices. I had never been able to connect with this modem. I have done everything they have asked me to test and felt like a monkey doing tricks going back and forth with it. NOT MY JOB!! Since then I have had paid for 3 months of data which 2 months has expired and the 3rd month will expire soon. Paying for absolutely nothing!! I have had to make trips to Midrand trying to resolve this matter, a call has been logged with MTN in April and nothing has been heard from them except a ref. number. I have not even had a call from the owner in Benmore or from the Autopage head office concerning this, but its my money being wasted into their pockets so why would they give a. I am now on the phone ages with and low and behold they cannot even find a reference for this. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS RIDICULOUS RUNNING AROUND. I need to have it sorted out and not be given a run around for something that should've theoretically worked from the start. And my money should be re-imbursed for the unused data!! This is a CPA violation
