VODACOM QUICK TO DEBIT BUT UNABLE TO CREDIT

Since March 2013 I have been charged for data at out of bundle rates, even though I constantly had a data bundle. Every time I queried it I was told to pay and they would investigate and credit me. I did this for 6 MONTHS!! With a massive credit due to me that was never addressed. When I finally refused to keep paying my lines were disconnected. Every time I called accounts and they put me through to data queries I was told that someone would check and get back to me, they didn't. I would follow up and be told they had no record of a complaint on the system. The last time I called was on 18/09/13. Was YET AGAIN Informed that nothing was on the system, but that they had been having problems with the system. I was irate, and the consultant ASSURED me someone would contact me in 24 hours!!! NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO ME. The last reference number I got was S3T1N2LL1G82. I have no phone, no data bundles, everything has been disconnected. It's absolute rubbish that I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY PAY for an account error, but when I refuse because no one can assist, I get cut off!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, it is DISGUSTING! 3 MONTHS DISCONNECTED!!! For THEIR mistake.
