After a quick response from the Mtn call centre on Monday regarding my previous complaint on, Mtn has still failed to call me back and confirm if they will be able to resolve the complaints I have made against them. All was good on Monday 23 September, the call centre representitive was very friendly, but I knew it was too good to last, problem was nearly resolved when I only asked for simple information, and the representative failed to call me back. It has been 8 days already. Mtn this surely shows the pathetic nature in which you do business, a simple phone call to supply me with the specifications of the phone I asked for?! Why does it take 8 days?!

PLEASE RESOLVE MY CONTRACT ISSUE, WHY DO YOU STILL FAIL TO CALL ME BACK?
