Unable to resolve a simple problem

I ordered a Samsung galaxy s4 from FNB on the cell c promotion, I received the phone on Thursday 06/06/13 but the contract Sim card was not included in the package. Since then I have spend more than R 400 on airtime trying to sort it out but with no luck at all. Every time the call center just say that they will sent a complaint throe and someone will get back to me BUT NO ONE DOES!!! I spoke to Stephani on Friday and she said that she will investigate the matter and get back to me, but she also failed to so. And what is there to investigate??? This is not rocket since, they should just sent me a Sim Card, is it really the difficult??? I also asked them to give me a direct no to someone I can speak to to sort it out, or the person they sent the complaint to (the person that is supposed to contact me but never do), but they will not give me the no!! I have paid R150 for delivery and I'm paying for something I cant use because FNB cant resolve this simple problem!!!
