Good day

I have experienced poor customer service from telkom mobile, first about 3month back i had problems where they did not debit my account and then froze my service with out no notice as it was a problem on there side, till today they can not tell me why this has happened, then i go to upgrade my contract that was due at the end of last month only to find out this month that that have charged me twice for the device and no one not even the sales consultant inform me about this as i did expect to be charge for a phone i only had for five days, i did inquire only to get told that is there policy which no one told me i would rather cancel my contract with telkom mobile as i have never had such poor service in my life
