Cell Direct phoned me and offered me a contract, they said that i would have the phone within 7 days, its been 9 days today. I phoned them since yesterday and no one is able to tell me what the delay on my delivery is. I phoned again today and they said that the problem is with Cell C, so i phoned them and they said that they dont even pick up my application so Cell Direct never send it trough since the day that they phoned me. No one is willing to go the extra mile to try and help you every time they just say "we will send a email" or "we will phone you back" but they never do. I feel like cancelling the contract because if this is the kind of service they offer i dont think i want it!!!
