Cell C
No Delivery!

I recently applied for a contract through Cell C and they approved my contract, they said they would deliver it within a week, i phoned yesterday to inquire about the contract and they said it was at the warehouse waiting to be delivered, i phoned in today and they said they dont have an application for me and there is no phone...
how can a phone disappear overnight???
