Celphone contract with no phone

Cell C direct phone me to sell a contract to me, I agreed. When the phone come I was disappointed, it was not the phone I got in mind. I did not open the phone and phone them to ask if they can do another deal. Cell C said yes I must send back the phone they send me. They send me a sim card that I didn't open yet. Now I am paying for a phone and contract that I ha vent got. Every time I phoned they said they are working on it.
At this stage I am willing to take the phone they send me the first time and finish the 2 year contract and cancell it then. I just do not want to pay for something I haven't got
