Service suspended

On 6/9/2013 I received an email from Gregory Peters from Altech Autopage stating that if I do not confirm my unbilled usage my service would be suspended. I emailed them back on the same day at 11h46 to state that it was all in order and not to suspend my service. My service has been suspended and I am still not able to use my phone. My phone is my work and it is now costing me a lot of money in lost revenue.
