I have upgraded my Cellphone contract on 3.09.2013 - and was told that the delivery is within 3- 7 days. On the day i received this notice i said that due to my current SP i would like to change and need this within the next 7 days I call back 8 times to find out what the status on the despatch of my headset is and after being transerred to a million people - all pointing fingers to another - I end up on the line with Cancellations (how appropriate) and i have been on the line for 30 minutes now - NO FEEDBACK, no alternatives and no help/answers at all!!!
