Dear Althaf, over a week ago a lady from the technical department was going to assist. The promised call to assist came hours later and meantime I left the office (allegedly she was on the 'phone')
Nextel has done breach of contract in several occasions from the start, yet they are forcing us into a 20 days cancellation window which is in serious legal conflict with the Consumer Act.
I have discussed the matter with our company attorney and will either take legal action, inform the media and start a campaign on HelloPeter against Neotel.
As we had the following constant problems with Neotel:
odevice delivered but not activated
owrong address on invoice and constant begging for invoice
oserious technical problems from day 1 with Vista drivers. The Neotel device is not very much suitable for Vista but only for Windows 7 (I have proof from the manufactures in China), yet the product was sold without informing the client
ocontinuously billing problems (overcharging)
owe signed up for a 5gig package which was only allocated last week, four months after signing up (which is serious breach of contract and sales under false pretences)
