Neotel
Neotel or is it Neohell

Neohell is simply first world technology in hands of third world fools (actually I have not found any telecommunications company in SA that is competent). They have two service centers in Gauteng and on the 8th of May two staff did not show up at work leaving a long cue with one consultant. I have internet with them and from day one problems. They sell a product that is not suitable on windows XP and Vista but don't notify clients. The call center... I have never encountered bigger fools... They advised to go to the Fourways service center where the consultant did not have a clue what to do. Strange enough the supplier of the ZTE AC30 device in China responsed within minutes... the Neotel complaints branch... still waiting for an answer.
Signed up for internet, a few calls to the call center and two days later the decive was not rica approved and the number given must have been manned by a skeleton as phone was unanswered in two days.
The major problem with Neotel is their staff simply incompetent and not trained, all they know is selling and once sold they are as clueless as can be.
