I am highly frustrated to say the least with all the attempts I made to sort this issue out. I have reached the end of my rope and now investigating on getting a Telkom ADSL line fitted so that I can at least run my business.
I have lost money and time due to Neotel, your response time is pathetic to say the least, your service has been nonexistent, I feel tricked into a new contract with empty promises and as a consumer I have rights and Neotel is clearly out of their depth in providing the service that I was promised.
For this reason, I am no longer interested in doing any kind of business with Neotel as this is damaging my company and business reputation that I can after nearly three months of begging and pleading with Neotel can no longer afford to deal with. I want out, I want you guys to come and collect your inferior devices that has not been fully functional nor correctly installed since day one of the upgrade.
I was better off on my old package.
I am now proceeding to post this message onto consumer watchdog websites as waiting on Neotel is fruitless. I have numerous emails as proof from my side in trying to solve the situation, with ZERO response or feedback from Neotel
