Since I called Cell C on 2 August 2013 sent several emails since 20 February 2013 regarding the billing of my terminated contract, I have not received a single call from Cell C regarding this issue and I am still being billed. I am being billed for a phone I dont have I have which I asked to be cancelled I have all the written correspondence between myself and Cell C from the 20 Feb 2013 it is almost September the matter is still not resolved. The customer care line transfers you from pillar to post no one knows what they are doing there, not helpful at all. It has been 6 month and they cant even sort out my billing issue
This must come to an end now I am sick and tired of calling Cell C and sending mails for the same thing. Everyone says it will be sorted within 24 to 72 hour it has been 6 month now and nothing has been done... do you people have any idea what customer service is? I would not recommend Cell C to anyone stay away people.
