Once again they have over billed me

Once again i have been debit with the wrong amount, after 2 people promised me that this will be fixed and worst of all they have debited my "petrol saving account" AND I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION to do so. as usual they will escalate this issue to billing department THAT DOES NOT GET BACK TO ME AT ALL! I would never recommend cell c to any one as i am struggling for the past MONTHS to get this issue resolved. and every on promises but does nothing about this issue, and even the CEO is to "good" to answer any mails, not even he gets back to me at all. how long do they want to take to solve a problem on their side, this is as a matter of fact breach of contract!!! Blanch was supposed to credit my account as per kulekane who i spoke to this morning on the 19 SEPTEMBER and that is not been done yet, when will they fix this every time i phone there is other bull loaded onto my account which i do not have any knowledge of!!! i WILL NEVER EVER USE CELL C AGAIN!!!
