Back in March this year (6 months ago!) I cancelled my Cell C contract. I received confirmation that the line would be terminated as of 03/04/2013. However, this never happened and I was charged for an extra month (after following up several times to try get it sorted out). Finally, the line was terminated. I was told that I would be refunded for the extra month charge. This never happened. After MANY attempts, the terminated account was credited with half a month's fees. I cannot count the number of times that I have tried to sort this out with the MOST USELESS customer service I have ever come across and nothing has happened. I am sick and tired of this nonsense and I want the FULL month refunded to my bank account. I cannot believe how difficult this has been and I am sure as going to terminate my active line as soon as the contract is up (although I will prob have to deal with this again).
