Very bad service

Hi can't believe they don't even care to reply back to more than bad service after telling me they will look in what happened about 2 months ago. But no call.
Took phone in few months old under warranty for speaker with intermittent fault.
I was then told repair would be r7800 as beyond economical repair due to liquid damage but I knew no water had ever touch phone. So picked up and took to another iPhone reputable repairer and they called me few hours later and said phone is done just faulty speaker as I told guys at cell c.
Fit new speaker cost r380. My phone had no liquid damage but now warranty is now gone as opened by another repairer. Cell c gave me a report saying two tech guys checked and said beyond repair but I have been using if for 2 months now and report from other guy said no water damage.
