Not fixed after vodacom had cell for over a month

I regrettably write to hello Peter AGAIN, after I finally received my cellphone from the sandton repair centre after they had it for over a month, and find that it is STILL broken. I have taken my cell in twice, for the same reason, to get repaired. The first time the cellphone was in for over a week and the second time they held the cellphone for over a month. I had to complain via hello Peter to get a response from vodacom. Within a couple days I got a call stating my cellphone was fixed and ready for collection. I went into vodacom to collect it and they assured me that they had fixed and tested my cellphone and it was working. Yet the first call I receive, they person on the other line said they can't hear me as I'm too soft. I have to now continue to put my cell on loud speaker for people to hear me, after which they can hear me (therefore not a poor network problem). SURLY vodacom is able to repair a simply microphone on a blackberry!!! I am paying for my contract which includes a portion to pay for a cell which includes a warranty yet I'm not receiving the benefit at all. I have to waste my time to constantly drop off and pick up a defective cell which you say is fixed.
