Migrate to prepaid

A month ago I asked mtn to migrate to prepaid on phone no 0833203097 and 0832350814 and to date its not done. when you phone mtn 0831808 they ask you for the cell phone no and you key it in and they ask you if this is your no and you confirm then they say its not the no because you are phoning from a Telkom no.
so how do I get them to do what I asked them to do in the first place
