Mtn bad handling of BIS migration to capped

I have been a prepaid customer of MTN's for several years now. I have also subscribed to their BIS service for a while. If the trend is to migrate from uncapped to capped I don't have a problem. What's frustrating is MTN's poor communication of what it means for the customer. How we are supposed to load going forward. Today I don't have data. I tried to load for R59 again but it says I have already subscribed. I tried to phone both 173 and 083173 and it says the number doesn't exist. I don't want to use my airtime for data. It is exasperating when ones objective is to control cellphone spend. I have no option but to migrate to one of the other operators because they don't have this drama.
