My phone got heavily damaged in October. I took it into Mtn store and took out a claim. They checked my details and saw that I have insurance with 24hour mobility. They told me not to hand in the damaged phone and sim but to keep it, which I thought was odd. They gave me a copy of the insurance claim. They told me to wait 24-28 hours for 24hour mobility to call me, which I did. It became 2 weeks and no feedback. I then called 24hr mobility and they said that the MTN store did not put through my claim. I was at the point of exploding. The lady of 24 mobility told me to resend my copy via email, which I did. Then a week later I emailed her again and no answer/reply. This was already making me frustrated. I then went to the MTN store 3 weeks ago and spoke to the regional/store manager Roxanne Axford. Still no reply. Then the store manager Zoelfaa Samsodien called me and confirmed my details and said that they would call me back later in the day. STILL NO REPLY OR CALL. I called their store everyday and their number does not take me to anyone. I AM FED UP OF THIS SERVICE AND IF ITS NOT SORTED BY THE END OF THE WEEK IM GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT.
