Best Primi Experiance Eve

After years and years of having to put up with half hearted and lazy uninterested service in this country, my family and i had a wonderful day at Primi Constantia. It has always been ok, but was a but dull compared to the one at waterfront.

We were on our way to the Cattle Baron at Constantia Mall and arrived in the pouring rain. The primi manager ran out into the rain to help get the kids and my wife inside as quickly as he could. We decided to try Primi again since the Manager had showed us real kindness. He got the kiddies settled in the play area and took a drink order from us after welcoming us and telling us who our waiter would be.

Our food was fantastic, we were served by Clayton, a young rasta gentleman, and we were overwhelmed, with the family atmosphere, the energy, and especially your manager, we found out his name was Craig, a real asset to your business.

These days you are rarely blown away by service its very hard to find people who clearly love what they are doing and provide leadership. All our friends are heading back to Primi Constantia after what we have told them, and we cant wait to see Clayton, Craig and the family Primi again. Thank you, Thank you.
