Cannot cancel Telkom services!

We have been giving two e-mail addresses [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] by several Telkom staff to cancel some of our Telkom lines and services, and we get read receipts for all e-mails sent to both e-mail addresses, but in almost a week's time, not only have we not received confirmation that the lines have been cancelled, the lines and services are still running!
