4 weeks and still no help or answers

4 weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 5 16Gb from MTN in Hatfield. They kept saying they have not received stock and they will get back to me regarding this situation. I then went further to contact all the surrounding MTN stores to ask whether they have stock and nobody had. I have not yet been informed by any of the stores regarding stock. After 3 weeks of waiting I then phoned head office and they could not give me a proper answer as to why Pretoria has no iPhone 5 16GB in stock. I then contacted Cell Network to ask if they might not have stock and they also said they would get back to me and nobody has contacted me since then. I have no idea what the problem is and nobody can give me an answer has to what is happening! This is totally unacceptable
