I took out a contract with FNB for a 2 gig data package at R99 a month. This contract was in fact with Cell C.
I received my sim and activated it, I also requested that they cut the service each month once I have used the 2 gig. The next morning my service was cut. I called Cell C and was told I had used my 2 gig within a few hours and that is why I was cut off. The consultant informed me that someone will get me get back to me within 48 hours. A week later no one contacted me. It is now the 4th of the next month and still have no service, despite Cell C taking the money. The call canter is a waste of time. I was told by Dudu Ndlozi who is a call center team leader, that despite several calls to be reconnected, and still receiving no service, that she is unable to request for the service to be terminated.

This is plain and simple. I have a contract with Cell C. They provide me with a service and I pay for it. They are not providing a service, but still taking my money, and refusing to cancell the contract.
