Pay for fast line and get super slow line

For almost a month the internet line are slower and slower. It is now so slow that a 3g device is faster to work from. I am very unhappy about this problem because the 10 gig i get is impossible to use because there is or a very slow line or no line. At the end of the month the deduction for the amount goes of my account but poor line is consistent.
