Vodacom just doesn't care

As per your last reply re my faulty handsets. I have still not received a call from anyone as to a way forward.this is really pathetic.how many times must one complain in order to be assisted.take note that my 9900 bold that was givin to me is now dead .it does not go on at all. I already mentioned all the problems when receiving this handset. I have to pay a subscription every month yet vodacom doesn't want to assist me. I have put my complaint on all social networks in order for ppl to see why it would be better to deal with cell c as vodacom gives clients the run around .surely not everyone is incompetent and surely there must be someone there that can sort this matter out
