In February We upgraded my wife's contract to the Smart XXL, and she received a blackberry bold 9900. Since then the phone has been returned 3 times due to the problems she was having with it. When it went in the last time she had dropped it and accidentally cracked the screen. The people from vodacom phone her with an amount to fix the phone. After numerous calls and complaints someone at vodacom called back and said they would replace the handset. The next day they called back and said no they wouldn't replace the handset. Now nobody from vodacom will even come back to either of us with an answer. Ridiculous so much for being part of the RED VIP. Means very little in the end.
