Incompetent Managers - No intergrity

I had a contract with Cell c which was to be terminated in April, I then sent an email for termination of contract on the 13th March (since this ought to be done 1 month prior to the cancellation). On the 8th April i was topped up with airtime worth R245.00 without SMSes (contract agreement R245.00 airtime and 100 SMSes on the 15th), i then contacted the call center querying about this, the agent said to me this is due to termination of contract hence the package is short of SMSes - its because of the pro rating. My concern was I paid the full amount why the pro rating? The promised me a call back by the manager. On the 1st of May 2013 a debit of R200 ran on my account I then contacted them and spoke to an incompetent Team Leader Tumiso Motsepe, well she couldn't give me answers and promised me a call back by a senior manager Lerato Marite an Operations Manager. Till today neither one of them has returned my call. I wish to understand things are done by this BIG organization, their turnaround time is 48 hours but i waited longer than that with no response... Do I keep waiting or take this further?
